Farmdrop
Farmdrop had a huge mission. To bring local food into the city in a sustainable way.
I joined as the only creative when the company was a small team of 15. During my time there it grew to 80+. As an experience it meant I got to grow with the brand and was the creative voice throughout all the product launches, campaigns, merchandise, cow vans, events… Everything.
I lead all design, art direction and visual style across all visual touch points and campaigns, along with leading the photography, photoshoots and video direction. I also collaborated with the product teams conceptualising and designing all the customer facing digital products and features.
After its second successful funding round, it rebranded. I worked alongside the Chief of Brand and was embedded into the brilliant Confederation Studio to help bring Farmdrop’s values to life. I lead the direction that we wanted to move away from being seen as tech company, and rather bring the rich stories of this locally sourced food to life. Convenience doesn’t have to cost the earth. I got to visit numerous farms (hold a lot of chickens), got to real source of this amazing food, why it’s good for you and the planet and brought a purposeful mission to life through the new brand ‘Better food all round’.
